Pre-renovation consultation £200

This is a home visit of up to 60 minutes to discuss all aspects of your upcoming project or to trouble shoot existing challenges around your home. We can help you understand how to start the process for your home refurbishment or renovations including guidance on how to make the most of the space in your home.

We can help advise which trades would be required, what to expect from them and help with contacts if required. We want to ensure you get the most from your budget and only undertake activities which truly add value.

90 minutes sessions are available for £275.

Floor Plans (from £200)

A variety of basic floor plan and space planning services to suit your needs.

Basic floor plan to communicate the area and layout of a property
Scaled floorplans and documentation to create accurate and reliable drawings of home interiors and basic interior features (e.g. outline kitchen placement/toilet / sink)
3D Floor plans creating a virtual model from a birds eye view to help clients visualise a space and potential furniture layout options

Concept Design Package from £450*

If you are thinking about changing a room layout, seeking inspiration or the ‘big idea’, need help creating something cohesive or are simply not sure how to get started with your re-vamp, this is the package for you!

A welcome pack and client questionnaire
60 minute consultation (within IV12) or virtual
2D scaled drawing and functional layout
Space planning with furniture options and detailed highlights
Design concept and moodboard to communicate look and feel
Colour scheme including paint, wallpaper & fabric ideas/recommendations
Window treatment & lighting options

Your design concept will be packaged up in a practical 'roadmap' document with a further hour of contact time or week of email support for further help, tips or queries!

*Kitchen cabinetry and 3D modelling will be additional

Multi-space concept Design Package £1700

If you are seeking support with a renovation, extension or reviewing a few rooms or spaces, this is the package for you! The Select Package is for whole floor/multiple rooms (as agreed depending on size).
